APC together with Next Level Investments announces “LAMAN” – a luxury hospitality/residential marina project occupying one of Curacao’s most desirable areas.
APC has approached local real estate developer ‘Next Level Investments’ to unveil Curacao’s newest quiet-luxury residential development, “LAMAN”.
Nestled on the hillside of Kabakuchi, LAMAN stands to become the first hospitality/residential development of its kind in Curacao: a 58-property project sensitively designed to blend into the raw landscape of Kabakuchi, boasting a host of resort-like amenities and facilities open to the community.
On December 5, 2025, Betonbouw started with preparations of building a Retaining Wall for the LAMAN project.
The 33,5 meters Retaining Wall will be built against the hillside of Kabakuchi.
